We have a devoted crew that works very hard every day to pack your bread and deliver it on time. Each one of us understands the unique food business we are all in and how important the delivery time is, along with the freshness of the product you receive.

If you are not present at the time of the delivery, we need to receive precise delivery instructions where you want your bread left.

If you are present at the time of the delivery, the invoice should be signed and the bread should be checked before the driver leaves.

In the event you have a complaint about your delivery, we kindly ask you to call us as soon as possible so that we can correct the mistake on our side and work towards serving you better. If no calls are made within 48 hours, we will assume that everything was in perfect order.
